If you\u2019re an avid Amazon shopper<\/a>, then you may need to take a look at your orders and previous Amazon purchases<\/a>. You might have products that your company pays for or those you split with roommates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whatever the case, you can easily download your Amazon order history. Along with orders, you can view items, refunds, and returns. Plus, you can select the dates or view a few quick reports.\n<\/p>\n\n\n

Access Your Amazon Purchase History\n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Currently, the feature to download purchase history is only available in your account settings on the Amazon website, not the mobile app. So, visit Amazon.com<\/a> and sign in to your Amazon account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. On the top right below your name, pick Accounts & Lists<\/span>.

  2. Select Account<\/span> in the drop-down menu.

  3. Scroll to the Ordering and Shopping Preferences section and choose Download Order Reports<\/span>.

    If you plan to visit this spot often to obtain reports regularly, you may want to bookmark the report page<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Use a Quick Set Option\n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In the top section of the page, Request Order History Report, you\u2019ll see a box containing Quick Set Options<\/span>.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    These reports give you a fast snapshot of items from Last Month, the Last 30 Days, Last Year, and Year to Date. Note those reports with asterisks may take longer to process.\n<\/p>\n\n\n

    1. Select a report and you\u2019ll see the fields to the left populate automatically.

    2. The Quick Set Options are available for items by default. Be sure to change the Report Type<\/span> if you want orders, returns, or refunds.

      Create an Order History Report\n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      To see items, orders, returns, or refunds in a specific date range, you can set up a custom report.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. In the top section of the page, choose the Report Type<\/span> using the drop-down list.

      2. Enter the start date and end date. For the end date, you can select Use Today<\/span> if you like.

      3. Optionally enter a Report Name<\/span>.

      4. Select Request Report<\/span>.

        You\u2019ll see a brief message that your report has been requested and is in progress. You can also view the real-time status of the report in the Request Status section and Your Reports at the bottom of the page.\n<\/p>\n\n\n

        You\u2019ll receive an email to the address connected to your Amazon account when your report is ready. So if you want to take care of other business instead of waiting for the report, just check your email for the notification.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Download Your Amazon Order History\n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        The email you receive when your report is ready contains a link to download the report immediately and another link to view all of your reports.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        If you use the download link in the email, this opens your browser and places the report in your default Downloads folder<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n

        If you visit Amazon.com to see your reports, select the Download<\/span> button to the right of the report. Then, head to your Downloads folder to open it.\n<\/p>\n\n\n

        View Your Amazon Order History Report\n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        By default, the report is a CSV file format<\/a>. For the best view, open it with Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or another spreadsheet application on your computer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Depending on the report type you choose, you\u2019ll see different information in the file. Basic details in the reports can include order ID, order date, shipment date, item title, product category, ASIN\/ISBN, seller, shipping name and address, and quantity. \n<\/p>\n\n\n
